Ronald Luijks permanently employed by Norma

Last year September Ronald Luijks reinforced the holding board as an interim COO (Chief Operating Officer). After another half year the board offered him to be in Norma's permanent service, because Norma wants to be known as a professional company, which requires continuous attention in the years to come. As of 1 July Ronald is permanently employed by Norma.

Ronald has more than 25 years of experience in international (high-tech) companies. As a COO he will help Norma to reach a higher level. The goal is to improve continuous processes and letting Norma's organisation work at a higher professional level, so that Norma, now and in the future, will continuously comply to the higher demands and requirements, which customers want of a systems supplier.

From the very beginning Ronald has been involved in guiding various strategic projects of Norma's branches. The principle is that the operational organisations will do this themselves, but Ronald intends to guide and coach them.

At first Ronald invested to become self-employed, but the mutual relationship with Norma turned out to be so good, that he enthusiastically said Yeah to a fixed employment at Norma's. He sees our future as a challenge.
